The Welcome Back festival is sponsored by the Student Alumni Council and the Clemson Alumni Association and is located on College Avenue in downtown Clemson. The festival is held on the first Monday after students move onto campus each year. College Avenue is shut down and vendors, organizations, and local companies take over the street offering giveaways, food and prizes in exchange for tickets purchased by festival goers.
