In accordance with the Clemson University Faculty Manual, Part VIII, Article I, Section 4. Meetings – “Regular meetings of the faculty shall be held at the beginning of the academic year and at the end of each long semester…A notice of the meeting and the agenda shall be distributed to the faculty at least five days in advance of the meeting.”
