Monica Williams-Hudgens, granddaughter of the late Strom Thurmond. Williams-Hudgens will speak about her family’s legacy at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, in Tillman Hall auditorium. Her lecture is titled “‘My legacy to you is the discovery of your lineage:’ Reckoning the Strom Thurmond Lineage with My Family’s Legacy.”
