Clemson Ph.D. student in Rhetorics, Communication and Information Design, traveled to Charleston following a deadly shooting at Emanuel A.M.E. Zion Church. A.D. Carson, an author, recording artist and social activist, travels around the country to various communities and universities to engage in conversations about race relations in America. The founder of the “See The Stripes” campaign, shares with Clemson News Now, how he hopes the messages he brought back from Charleston will lead to more meaningful conversations and raise awareness about the state of race relations worldwide.
